I definitely prefer Amalia. Amelia is nice, but so popular, not to mention all the Amys and Millies. I’m bored of it to be honest. On the other hand Amalia sounds different, but still gorgeous and is distinctive in sound from Amelia (unlike Emilia). I say A-MAH-lee-uh, and I think that sound is more appealing than the Meely sound of Amelia.
