My teddy bear's called Jeremiah. I bought him when I was 15 on a school trip to Switzerland, he didn't have a name until I came back home. It was at that time in my life I was becoming more confident about talking to my mum about names (and my obsession with them) and I was loving Jeremiah - but when she called it ridiculous for a future child of mine I bestowed it upon my new teddy. I call him Jem quite often.
