Tasia was the name of a girl I had a crush on in middle school. Hers was short for Anastasia, which I think is preferable to Tasia as a full name. My opinion of this name is completely colored by my preteen infatuation at this point, but I do remember coming across it and an earlier time and liking it then. Better than Ana, which is boring, and Stacy, which is dated and vapid sounding.
