I would use Roisin. I think it's gorgeous and it's not too difficult to comprehend in English. It would have to be spelled and pronounced frequently in my home country (US), though we're near enough the University of Notre Dame and there are totally kids with Irish names around there. So maybe we should just move to South Bend, lol.
If I could change the spelling I think I'd still go with Roisin. Rosheen isn't nearly as attractive.
Or I guess I may consider a familiar Anglicized one like Maureen. I've always liked it.
