Rupert is getting popular here (ranked #136 in 2016). It used to be seen as a 'posh' name but now it's becoming more mainstream. I know a 2-year-old Rupert.

I would choose Edgar, which is a name I used to like a lot more than I do now. I prefer Edmund and Edwin now.
