I don't like obvious matchy twins when it is done on purpose. There is potential that I'd maybe go with a subtle theme if they were both names that I loved. Probably not these but something like Claire and Serena or Anna and Grace.
If both of the names I loved the most happened to start with the same letter, I wouldn't avoid using them for twins.
I think these are nice, and I wouldn't necessarily assume the parents had aimed for the same letter because they feel like they are the same style and not too close in sound:
Hazel and Hugo
Ava and Alexander
Sophia and Samuel
Imogen and Isaac (these are both names I would actually consider using IRL myself)
Some of those pairings are real tongue twisters and super confusing! They did a decent enough job pairing names with similar popularities/styles though. The ones that stand out to me as not even sounding like siblings are Claire and Clive, Savannah and Sebastian, and Vivienne and Val.
