Quite easily I'd choose Chloe. Reilly is more of a boy's name to me. Reilly is okay for a boy but Riley for a girl is ugly. Plus the only Riley I knew who was in my little sister's class in middle school was a mean girl. She was very pretty but also a manipulative bully.
Chloe to some degree makes me think of Khloe Kardashian but I knew 2 or 3 really nice Chloe's who were a year or two older than me in high school so I also think of them. Before Khloe Kardashian became popular I really loved the name Chloe, I still like the name but only when the C spelling is used.
Chloe and Zoe remind me of eachother although they have slightly different feelings. Chloe feels more like a blonde name while Zoe is more dark haired. Zoe is slightly quirkier, louder, and slightly more popular than Chloe. Chloe is slightly more quiet and sweet but also has some edge, Chloe is not boring or some shrinking violet.
