Chloe. It's such a pretty name. It's more popular this generation than in the past but I don't think it's spike in popularity is as dramatic as Riley, which is super trendy and will definitely date her. Especially if you take into account all other spellings people are using (Ryleigh, Rylee etc.) I like that Chloe is clearly feminine. I also think it fits,an adult better.
