Lulu was the nn of my beloved cat, Louisa May Allcat. I think Lulu is darling, however, I don't view it as a substantial full name.
I think Lulu would work as a nn for any of the names you have listed here. I especially like Louisa / Luisa, Lucy / Lucia and even Tallulah.
