Love Violet. I think it's so delicate and sweet, but not in a way that the name will seem immature on an adult. I've yet to meet a Violet (though I know the name is becoming more popular) and I feel like I've met 100 Lilys.

Not sure I'd it's more common than Lily. But I really like the name.I used to dislike it because it reminded me of violent. I'm past that now. Not sure I would ever use it as a first name though just in case. :)

I have an unpopular opinion of the name Violet. I just can't get into it, all I can see/hear is the word Violent.

I like it! It's very popular, though, maybe more so than Lily? I'm not quite sure, but it's pretty popular now.

I think it's beautiful, sweet, has nice imagery attached to it and ages well.
