I like Annabel a lot. Where I live, it's certainly usable and I'd love to meet lots more.Annabelle bothers me. I dislike the false etymology and the unnecessary frilliness. I'd avoid it at all costs.

Do you like Annabelle? No. PrissyAnnabelle or Annabel? Annabel is much better but still prissyIs it still usable? yes.Do you think its popularity will continue to decline so quickly?
I think it'll curve off about like the popularity of most names now - 15-20 years to fall off the chart. Consider that Annabelle is about as popular as Mackenzie still is, and Penelope is now about twice as popular. It hasn't been extremely popular and its decline in popularity won't be that noticeable. Unless it gets some bad association attached to it.

I like Annabelle. It seems more complete Annabel. I think it's still usable.

It's a cute name, but one I've never really cared for. I've always preferred Anna on its own. It's definitely usable. :)

I'm fond of Annabelle, and I'm not sure why, given that I'm a little sick of Isabel, Clarabelle, and all the other -bel/-belle names.I definitely think it's still usable. I do think the popularity will decline, however, given the -belle names were a bit overused in the last ~10 years. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, though! Annabelle was never TOO popular to make it feel dated, in my opinion.

It's okay. I prefer Annabel right now, but that is subject to change. Of course it's usable, and possibly.
