Wilhelmina, Minette, Mina, Amina, Thomasina, Minerva, Araminta, Hermione (probably my favourite option), Jessamine, Jasmine, Yasmin, Minuet, Marilyn, Philomena. Or it could be a cute pet name.
I love Minnie, and used to have it on my list, but if ever get a girl cat she'll be Minerva nn Minnie, so I took it off the human list haha. Plus it's likely if I had a Minnie, it would be very ironic.
