I like/love Imogen, Freya, Florence, Thea, Alice, and Lottie. I don't think of Harper as any more British than American. I also prefer Darcy on a boy, and find Emilia near indistinguishable from Amelia (which is even more popular) so I don't really see the point.

Emilia is the Spanish, Portuguese and Italian form of Emily. Even though Amelia and Emilia are pronounced almost the same in English, they are not pronounced the same in a lot of other languages.That's the point.
