I think it would be mispronounced continually. It's okay, but Alyssa, Alessia and just about every variant were so over-used. It seems too similar to these, in sound.

Hmm, it's pretty but looks sort of made-up. Also, that pronunciation is not very intuitive to me. I'd guess uh-LEE-see-ah first and ah-lee-SAY-ah second. It would not occur to me that the S was pronounced like a Z.
