Briana or Brianna?
We would like to use one of these names for our daughter, but we're not sure which spelling we prefer. Which one do you think looks better? Would you pronounce them differently and if yes, how would you pronounce them?

Prefer Brianna
I doln't really have a preference, I like them all, but if asked to pick a "default" spelling I'd pick Brianna. I'd just pronounce Briana, Breanna, and Brianna the same way: Bree-ANN-a.
I'd be more likely to say Briana like "bree-awn-a" and Brianna like "bree-anna."
To me, Briana emphasizes the fact that it's from Brian, and Brianna is more like it's from Bri+Anna.
I think Briana looks a little better. They would suit different middle names, do you know what kind of middle name you're going to use?

I prefer the look of Briana. Most -anna names I prefer as -ana (though I like Anna alone just fine). I think the one N spelling looks more polished/tailored; it helps me focus on the sounds of the name. The extra N just seems unnecessary to me.
I pronounce both Briana and Brianna as bree-AHN-ə, unless I know the bearer is a bree-AN-ə. Bree-AHN-ə sounds more pleasant to me.
I'd be slightly more likely to think a Briana was pronounced bree-AHN-ə and a Brianna was pronounced bree-AN-ə.

I wouldn't pronounce them differently. I prefer the Brianna spelling. I just think it looks nicer.
