Adriana - nms but okay. I think of a savvy but somewhat primadonna-ish lady.
Anna - timeless, understated. I like it despite its plainness.
Antonella - nmsaa. Way too flowery.
Cinzia (CHEEN-tsyah) - not heard this before. Feel like it could grow on me.
Elena - nice. Eleanor's fiesty cousin.
Elisa - not keen; feels insubstantial.
Elisabetta - not a fan. Too much.
Emanuela - nice. Lots of nickname potential; Emmy and Ela and so forth.
Emma - I like the sound, but not the popularity.
Eugenia (eh-oo-JEH-nyah) - I like this with the nickname Jeannie.
Federica - it's okay, not really my style.
Giulia - nice, but prefer Julia.
Ilenia (ee-LE-nyah) - nms. Has a fantasy novel feel.
Isabella - nms, flowery.
Lisa - feels a little dated to me.
Ludovica - I like this in theory; it has a sparky feel. Not sure how well it'd work irl in non Italian-speaking countries.
Luisella - like the look of it, but not sure on the sound.
Maria Pia - rhyming names? nms.
Mariangela - don't like it. I dislike names smushed together like this.
Moira (MOI-ra) - this has grown on me a tonne; love it.
Monica - nope. Feels dated.
Paola - okay, but nms.
Raffaella - I like this a lot, but prefer the spelling Rafaela. Has a similar feel to Emanuela.
Rosa - simple, but nice. I think of a kind but no-nonsense older lady.
Rossana - counterintuitive; my brain wants to read it as Rosanna.
Sabrina - The Teenage Witch? nms.
Silvia - very nice, but I think I prefer the Sylvia spelling.
Sofia - nice; prefer this spelling to the more popular Sophia.
Viviana - much prefer Vivian, but this is okay.
