For what it's worth, with friend who's name is Juliana (onna)... it seems like all our mutual friends love saying her name, it's like we all enjoy just saying it, and it's like we're all just looking for reasons to do so.
The "anna" ending version of the name makes me think of an american country/prairie girl in a flowered dress, whereas the "onna" sound to the ending seems a little more high class.
