I would pick Julia. I do also like Juliet, and that would be second choice, but I like Julia more. Also, I guess it's better not to have the tragic Shakespeare association.
Juliana just seems needlessly elaborate to me. Julia is more beautiful in its elegant simplicity.
Julie was the preferred form when I was born and growing up, so to me it seems dated and tired.
