Loving these!!
I like/love*:

Kerenza*
Morwenna
Merryn
Lowenna*
Tamsin*
Elowen*
Rosenwyn
Jago*
Jowan
Talan

I dislike:
Lamorna - unappealing in looks and sound
Loveday - it just seems surnamey and wordy to me. I like some surnames/words as names but this one just doesn't appeal
Tean - looks made up
Mylor - doesn't look feminine at all
Yestin - I don't like Justin and this is worse. Yes to tin!

These FN's from Cornwall are quite similar to those from French Brittany (Bretagne), I like the following from your list:
Elowen
Kensa
Kerensa
Senara
Jago
Pasco
Sulien
Rarely to not all:
Bryher
Demelza
Endellion
Lamorna
Loveday, know Lovelyn, but also no excessive fan of it
Mawgan
Mylor
Steren, rather the usual suspects (sun-moon-star names) Sóley, Sole, Sunny, Sunnyi, Sunniva, Luna, Nova/Novalee & Stella
Tean
Zennor, prefer the Occitan Aliénor (the French Occitanie) or the Spanish Leonor
Petroc
Piran
Sennen
Talan
Neither to neutral:
Lowenna
Merryn
Morwenna
Rosenwyn
Tamsin
Daveth
Jory
Jowan
Yestin
Elowen

I love Elowen. It sounds like a princess in a fantasy novel.
My grandfather (born end of the 1800s) was from Cornwall and was a Cornish speaker
Loveday, Jago and Jory are three of my very favourite names. I find quite a lot of Cornish female names a bit overblown, but I do like Tamsin. I think Demelza was made up quite recently?
I also like Pasco and Petroc a lot

Demelza is one of my favourite names. For a long time I had her as top name for a second girl. I love the fire and feistiness of it, as well as the character connection. I really started crushing on it after watching Poldark (the newer adaptation).
I also love:
Morwenna
Lamorna
Lowenna (another second girl consideration)
Elowen, although I'm not a fan of the proper Ell-OH-wen pronunciation, so I don't think I'd use it.
Senara
Rosenwyn
Zennor
I really want to like Kerensa/Kerenza (espeically with the meaning), but there's something about the sound I just can't get around, it really reminds me credenza. And I like a few more Cornish names like Caja (kay-juh), Sowenna (but I do prefer Lowenna), Gwener, and Eseld.
And for boys I love:
Jago (didn't realise it was in the top 1000 here)
Jory
Jowan
Sennen
Pasco

There were a few more Demelzas born in 2015, and that was just after series 1 aired, so maybe. I can see Morwenna doing the same, but perhaps a bit more. It has a softer feel that I think would appeal to some, whereas Demelza may be a little harsh for many. I've come across Disney Villain name à la Ursula, be mentioned in relation to Demelza.
Damn, I'm starting to sway back to Demelza -_-.
