I think Sixtus for a sixth child is great. This site says there's a possibility, at least, that Sixtus is derived from the Latin word for "sixth". Maybe by the time you get to the sixth one you've run out of names you really care for, so why not? I tend to like old Latin names anyway.
I actually like Sixtus far more than I do Peter, Mary, Anselm, or Alfred. And Tom as a full name, although I like Thomas.
