Yes, it would be a good name for an orange cat, or a milk cow. But way too cartoony and cutesy for a person. Ick ick ick. Clemmy sounds like clammy.
Clemency is even worse. Like she'd have siblings named Amnesty and Immunity.
Plus, Clem is such a stereotypical hillbilly-joke name.
