Personally, I liked Bert for Robert. Only 2% of those polled seemed to like it. Rob was in first place, which is my second choice.

I would always like a variety of nicknames. Interestingly, only three people call me by my middle name--or any variation of it; yet of the other two, it is only by the example of one.
For Richard I chose Ricky, which comes in second to Rich on the quiz. I think Ricky is much cuter than harsh sounding Rich. For Elizabeth I don't like a nickname at all, but if I had to choose one I'd pick Betty, which came in last after Liz, Beth, and Eliza. I don't like the name Alexandra at all nor any of its nicknames, but I ultimately went with Ally which came third after Alex (hate on a girl) and Lexi (hate in general). Andrew I went with Drew, which seems to be the least popular choice. Ive never been a fan of nn Andy. Charles, though again I prefer no nickname, I went with Chuck which was second to Charlie (not surprisingly).
I'm not particularly surprised by the results. Some I much prefer other options e.g. Kit for Christopher, and Kitty for Katherine. I was expecting Becky to be more popular than Becca. The Rebecca I know went by Becky, and most I've heard of do to.
I prefer Meg over Maggie. I'm really not into cutesy nicknames. I like a few such as Eli for Eliana or Lily for Liliana but most of the standard cute nicknames such as Katie, Maggie, Richie, Ricky, Mikey are really not my style. I'd much rather see the full name. Or Liz and Meg instead of Maggie and Lizzie.
