Stephanie or Stefania (more)
I kind of like Stephanie. It's pretty dated but it has a nice sound as long as it doesn't get shortened to Steph or Stephi. I also like Stefania. Which one do you prefer? What do you think of the names in general?

I love the name Stephanie and would have liked to have been named that myself, and would use it for a daughter.
I don't like Stefania because I'm never sure how to say it.

I definitely get a dated "80s/90s" vibe from it... and I have never known a Stephanie that didn't get her name shortened to Stef... If you love it go with it though!!Don't love Stefania unless you are not American... then if its a cultural preference I could see it.. but if not, its just not as pretty to me.

Hi !!!I dislike Stefania because it seems boring and only the feminine form of Stefano.Stéphanie instead has a totally different vibe.
It is chic but also spunky! It is also the name of Princess Stéphanie of Monaco!! Stephanie (English) is simply boring.
