I do think they're too similar for siblings, not just because of the initial but also because of the similar length. That said, I like both of them. Linnea sounds unique but sophisticated (which is something a lot of parents try to do these days and fail), and Louisa is a classic you just can't go wrong with, especially with the nickname Lou.
I honestly don't know what I'd choose. Depends on the situation, I suppose. In New York, someone could probably pull off Linnea better than they'd pull off Louisa, but the opposite might be true in Leeds.
