This name has been on my mind lately. What do you think of Thaïs, pronounced tah-EES (I am not good at explaining pronunciations but this is the best I can do) :P For some reason I really love its meaning of 'bandage' it makes me think of something soothing or healing, something that makes things all right.

It's quite common in Brazil, except we usually spell it with an accent instead of a diaeresis.

I have a weak spot for it, although the meaning is a bit weird.
