Wanda sounds incredibly dated. I'd be very shocked to come across a young individual with that name.
Tammy & Crystal on the other hand, I wouldn't have any reactions as I can actually see those working on any age. Also, they aren't hideous like Wanda is. I would feel sorry for the wanda *laughs*
