I like Rupert. To me it has quite an artistic and refined air about it. It does have a bit of an unfortunate image in the UK as a stereotypically upper class name.

Yes definitely a UK upperclass feel. Prep school kind of kid. I don't care for the name but taking my opinion out of it, there isnt anything wrong with the name. 7/10.
