Lea Seine would be okay but the 'de' is a little too much, it sounds like an aristocratic title. There seems to be a French theme with her name, since Lea is so popular in France, de is a word in French and the Seine is a river in Paris.
I think Lea is a gorgeous name and I assume that is the name she'll go by which is a relief.

Lea always throws me, I never know if its supposed to be like Lee or Leah. I've taught a few that are pronounced like Leah and then i've got one in my class but it's pronounced like Lee and my husbands aunty is Lea (Lee) but it's short for Leanne..
