Taken together they sound very stylish circa 1945 Hollywood or Manhattan.
Margot is quite pretty.
Vivien is an ugly spelling of a name that sounds ugly and sly to me.
Sylvie is cutesy. Sylvia is much nicer, in a grown-up, no-frills kind of way.
Circa 1945 NYC or Hollywood, their sister would be Estelle or Pauline or maybe Lorraine.
Today she'd be Olive or Penelope or maybe Adele.
