Ayomide, Nadira, and Chiamaka are probably my favorites of those overall, although I really like the meaning of Fayola and the sound of Njemile.
Some others I like that you didn't mention (mostly names I first saw on this site, since I don't have connections to any African culture either)...
Amarachi "God's grace"
Ekundayo "sorrow becomes joy"
Kirabo "gift"
Mirembe "peace"
Nkiru "the best is still to come"
Themba "trust"
Zola "quiet, tranquil"
Fairuz "turquoise"
Jamila "beautiful"
Jumana "pearl"
Khalilah "friend"
Nima "blessing"
Qamar "moon"
Rafiqa "friend" or "gentle"
Ruya "vision, sight"
Samira "companion in evening talk"
Suraya "the Pleiades" (stars in Taurus)
Tabassum "smiling"
Walidah "newborn" (feminine of http://www.behindthename.com/name/walid)
Zahra "brilliant, bright"
