I prefer Xiomara. Xanthia sounds princess-y to me, but Xiomara has more personality.

One of my favorite names is Xanthe, so Xanthia is best.

Hi !!!!I choose Xiomara!I like Spanish names and this one sounds exotic but really strong.Xanthia seems too frilly and over-elaborated.

Xanthia by far. I've liked it for about 4 years now, just not enough for it to be a top contender for another daughter. Xanthia has better flow than Xiomara and I also think it would be easier for people to know how to pronounce.

Xanthia. It's been on and off my list in the past. I don't have any real feeling about Xiomara. I immediately identify it as a Hispanic name and haven't really given it much thought before. I don't really like Mara though, adding a Xio- doesn't make me like it more.

XanthiaBoth are gorgeous names, but I prefer Xanthia in terms of sound. I do have Xanthe and Evanthe on my list, so I'm a little biased, but I like that Xanthia is unusual, but beautiful and pretty easy to say and spell. Plus it's quite familiar through its similarity to Anthea, but a little brighter and energetic in my opinion.

They're both really cool. I think I'd choose Xanthia in the end, though, because I'm partial to Greek names. If I were Latino, I might lean more towards Xiomara, though, because it's not an atypical name at all for them (I went to school with 2).
