I love it. I like the "mor-" part, it's like a heavy stone dropped down a deep well. The name's got serious weight and presence but it's also quirky and kinda zany - like a wacky old uncle. It's a bit gothy and melancholy so I don't know if the hipsters will glom onto it. Malachy or Malachi seems more their thing.
