Re: Rory?
Please save Rory for parents of little boys. I know how cute a "boyish" nn can be on a little girl. Personally, I've always liked the idea of a pretty little Georgie (for Georgina). But that's because everyone knows that George is a boy's name. But with Rory, I fear that since it hasn't been popular for very long*, people don't really know it's a traditional boy's name. I don't know if I'm making much sense. It's just that I'm Irish and protective of Irish names. Rory has always been a favorite boy's name for me.

I agreeRory is a boy's name to me and should stay that way in my opinion.

I agree. I love Rory as a boy's name. I'd rather call a little girl Aurora anyway. It's so much prettier for a girl than Rory.
