I love love love Cleo! Great meaning and a nice, unusual sound. Soraya is okay. Hmm I guess Layla and Soraya go well together. Clea is okay, I dislike how it is close to Leah which is really common.

They're both nice, but Cleo >>>>> Clea. Cleo has so much spunk, and Clea's a little more generic, with so many soundalike names.

I love Cleo. Cool, feisty, fun, strong, but short and sweet. Clio (this spelling has more significance to me) is one of my favourites. Cleo is nice, but I prefer the -o ending of Cleo, it's more refreshing, and personally I have plenty of -a ending namesalready. Clea does feel softer if that's what you're going for, but Cleo's a badass, which is what I like haha.
