"Theni" derives from the stressed syllable so it's definitely the most intuitive! I'm not sure Athena's the kind of name that needs a nickname, but if you insist then Theni is definitely the one. The way I say it, "Athena" ends up being pronounced "uh-THEEN-uh" (or "ə-THEEN-ə") so any nickname spiraling off the vowels at the beginning or end sounds pretty forced and artificial. Part of me wants to spell it differently though, to make the pronunciation clearer at a glance. I think "Theeny" would make sense but it does look kind of goofy!! Like "teeny". Not sure if "Theenie" is any better.
