I think Hannah is a bit boring. It's OK, but not exactly exciting. Madeline is more elegant. I would pronounce it MAD-eh-lin in English and ma-de-LIN in French. I've never seen the variant Madeline here, but we pronounce Madeleine more or less like the French do.
