But I find Nicola most interesting.

I like both. Probably because my name is Nicole, and I'm sometimes called Nicolina by some friends. I don't really like the K spelling though.

Nicole. I'm not a huge fan of -ina names.

Couldn't face either of them, but I'd use Nicola happily enough. Nicole forces one's face into a sulky expression, mouth turned down, and Nikolina sounds like a component of tobacco.

Nicole. Nikolina looks too complicated. Nicole is more simple.
