Nina is darling. I'm starting to see it at another site I visit. So it feels as though it might start to become popular. But lots of names do that without hitting mega-popular status. I prefer Nina as a nickname for Antonia. It could also work for Colleen, because it has the same meaning and some similarity in sound. But that one is more of a stretch. Nina is perfectly fine on its own too, of course. I'm just greedy and want more than one option. :0)
