William Garrison nick named Will is my favorite from the list. William is a good strong name that will wear well over time. Eliminate Todd. It sounds cute on a baby, but it sounds out of place on grown man. Suggestions:
Benjamin Garrison
Richard Garrison
Randall Garrison
Mark Garrison
Christopher Garrison
Paul Garrison

Definitely not Steve. Todd is closely following Steve. I have a son named Will, so obviously I like that, but I also love the name Thomas. However, because of the two "s" sounds in Thomas Garrison, I like Will Garrison best.

I'd drop Todd without a backward glance. I'd use Thomas, nn Tom, William, nn Will and Stephen, nn Steve, myself; the first two for family reasons and Stephen just because! But, only you know what genre you're working in and more or less what time period - I'm guessing contemporary USA but could be any genre. So I'm not sure we can be of much help.

I've always despised Todd. Thomas is definitely my favorite, I'm neutral on Will and Steve.

I've never been a fan of Todd, rhymes with Odd. Sounds kinda nerdy, I know great people who are named Todd though! All the others are nice names.
