Arlo strikes me as very masculine. It would be cute on a little boy, but it sounds like a forced statement on a girl.
If you like girl names ending with an 'o' sound, then how about Calypso, Cleo, Echo, Isabeau, Juno, Margo, Ino, or Enyo. Greek goddesses and nymphs seem to have had plenty of feminine names ending with 'o' without having to borrow from the boys.
