I like both spellings a lot, but I lean toward Natalia ever so slightly because it's the spelling Natasha Romanova (comic book character) uses.

The name is NMS though.

I know two Natalia's. It's better than Natalie, but not a favorite although it used to be pretty high up on my list. Natalia is my preferred spelling as long as you don't have Russian heritage.

I never really liked Natalia. It's not obvious to know how to pronounce it, and it just seems overdone. I do like Natalie a lot, and Natasha is also cute.
