Odette- Ode, Dee, Dottie. This is a lovely name, and since it is only two syllables it might not be shortened.
Allegra- Allie/ Ally is the only nicknames that I've heard used unless she uses her middle name.
Odessa- Dess, Dessa, Dessie
Valentina- Tina, Valen, Lentina, Lynn/ Len, Val, Vale
