Usually, I dislike gemstone names, but I like Crystal better than most. It isn't something I would use, but I have good associations with it. I know a nice teacher with this name, so I think of someone who is artistic, outspoken, and likes to volunteer and travel. It has a gentler feel like Pearl while Diamond seems more brazen and in your face expensive.
