I pronounce it EV-uh-leen. In my mind, Eveline is EV-uh-leen while Evaline is EV-uh-lien. It's the same with Emmeline & Emmaline. I'm not a fan of Evelyn (or Emmalyn), incidentally - I find it slurred and a touch musty, despite its surging popularity.
