Forial is definitely unusual, but not awful. Seneca is okay, but I definitely wouldn't use it myself. I like Luthien, but on a boy.

Forial: sounds masculine to me. Also I keep trying to put an l in it (Florial, like Florian).
Luthien: like! Definitely a good name.
Seneca: good. I like it for girls too even though it's supposed to be male.

To me they all sound like they should be on the gender opposite to the one you wrote, except maybe Florial could be both.

I've got a bit of a weakness for Luthien as a Tolkien nerd, though I personally wouldn't use it in reality I wouldn't be put off if someone did. Don't think it works at all as a male name.
I like Seneca in theory, like the whole Roman aesthetic, not sure what I'd think if I came across it on a person today. Male only.
