Pronounced like Cole.
There's a woman who posts at BN who has a son named Kohl. Even still, I still think eyeliner and department store.

Double post - sorry. No idea how that happened.

pronounced just like Cole. Hence the store, Kohl's. I think it's pretty cheesy if it's changing up the spelling of Cole.
Its a department store (Kohl's) to me.

As everyone else has said, it's pronounced the same as Cole. It reminds me of the department store Kohl's.
Pron "cole" and says simply "eyeliner" to me! LOL
Ditto. Also "loud expensive sports center."

Or "crappy department store"! :-)

I'd pronounce it like Cole. I strongly dislike it.
I say it as Cole; and I don't like it. It sounds like a German surname. As a fn, it seems inappropriate.
