I have always liked this name. I truly appreciate the short and elegant. However, I will say that I like Inés better.
Inez is a little more jarring than lilting compared to Inés. That said, it is still a darling name.
I like Inez Regina, but Matilda is lovely too.

Used as a middle both Greta Inez and Bridget Inez would be beautiful.
