Jason
What do you think of the name Jason? Is it dated? Do you think it will ever be popular? What would you pair it with?

It's kinda dated to the 70s/80s - or 90s if you live in a non-English-speaking country like I do, since this is one of those English names that got trendy among non-anglophone parents who wanted to copy American parents. All the Jasons I know (all born and raised in Brazil) are around my age.

Terminally dated, I'm afraid. And all the Jason people I knew when it was popular just weren't my type somehow, so my impressions are negative.I'd pair it with Justin! Definitely two of a kind.

I like Jason and don't think it's dated, love it's meaning. And it's already fairly popular (in the top 200 in US in 2015 and top 100 of England&Wales in 2015)

Well, it's still in the top 100, which is popular in my book, though it has certainly been falling. I wouldn't use it unless I were naming a Jerk Jock character in a teen high school comedy.

I think it's a very nice name, and while it isn't currently popular, it is still not really unpopular.

It's on its way to being dated. Is still popular, but dropping. Once it hits bottom, it may become popular again, but that won't happen for a long time, when all the boys named Jason in the 1970s and 1980s are dead. It's a nice name, but one I am very sick of due to hearing way too much.

It is okay name, and can be due to a comeback since similar names are popular like Mason and Jayden! Also an obligationary #BlameJason!
