Benedetta is pretty. Bennie could also work for Bernadette or Berenice.

I also like the idea of Bennett as a middle name with nn Benny. That way if she doesn't like Bennie as she gets older, she can have a more feminine first name option. And have Bennett after Pride and Prejudice!
