Because Cindy was all of 5 years old and it was totally unexpected for me. Of the names to make a comeback, Cindy and Cynthia seem to be off everyone's radar.
Sidenote - Braden had what looked to be 5 brothers (possibly cousins, they looked just alike). I wish I had their names.
